To use 558bet's services, users must create a personal account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. 558bet reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, bank account or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and the funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

Users are required to keep their account login details confidential. No one else may be permitted to access the account. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to the 558bet support team immediately. The user is solely responsible for any loss arising from third-party use or negligence.

2.3 Closing an Account

Users may request to close their account at any time via live chat or email. All pending bets must be settled and any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 558bet is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). There are no additional charges on deposits.

Once a deposit is processed, it will appear in the account immediately. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted — the payment method must be registered in the name of the account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. A withdrawal request cannot be cancelled once submitted.

Withdrawals may be temporarily held if identity verification has not been completed or if suspicious activity is detected. In such cases, the support team will provide the user with the necessary guidance.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳3,000; the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets to be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
  • A bonus may only be usable on specific games — please refer to the details of each offer.
  • Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or by any other unfair means is prohibited.
  • 558bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
  • A bonus is not cash — it is only applicable for use in gaming activities.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

A bet is considered valid only once confirmation of acceptance has been received. 558bet is not responsible if a bet is not completed due to network issues or other technical reasons. Bet outcomes will be determined based on the official result of the relevant event.

6.2 Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are final. Even if the odds change after a bet has been accepted, the odds on a confirmed bet will remain unchanged. In live betting, odds may change rapidly during the course of a match.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

A bet may be cancelled or declared void in the following circumstances:

  • If the event is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled
  • If incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error
  • If evidence of match fixing or manipulation is found
  • If there is suspicion of fraud on the user's account

558bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms
  • Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Evidence of operating multiple accounts
  • Registration using a false identity or information
  • Abuse of bonuses or attempts to gain unfair advantage
  • Threatening or harassing other users or staff

Users may contact 558bet via live chat or email to appeal an account closure decision. 558bet will review the matter within a reasonable time.
